We started this blog to find the best nachos in Denver. Turns out that also means finding the worst. We think we found them.
These were a half-step above gas station nachos. Stale chips, fake cheese poured straight from a bag, a can of red chili dumped on top. That was the whole plate. We passed them around the group to share and everyone had the same reaction. Hard pass.
It's a food hall, so service barely exists. You wait in line, order, and they text you when the food is ready. Then an 18% "service charge" shows up on the bill for service that never happened.
We grabbed tacos from the same spot too. Greasy past the point of enjoyment.
What bugs me is that we actually like food halls. Edgewater Marketplace and Avanti are great. This place just made bad food and charged us extra to go pick it up ourselves.
One of the worst dining experiences we've had, nachos or otherwise.
