The pulled pork was tender, slow-cooked and easy to pull apart. We ordered jalapeños on the side, since one of us doesn't do spicy and the other (me) usually welcomes the heat. Good plan in theory. The nachos showed up already hot enough that neither of us could finish the plate, and I mean that literally, we tapped out. The jalapeños on the side went completely untouched.

Our best guess is the green chile. Whatever was in it ran hotter than anything the menu warned us about. The staff noticed we'd barely made a dent and comped the plate without us having to ask, which we appreciated.

If you're a spice fiend, these might be your new favorite nachos. For the two of us, the heat buried everything else on the plate, so we docked 2 flavor points.

One small oddity: the beer came in plastic cups. We asked for glass pints and the servers swapped them out no problem. Friendly crew, no attitude about any of our requests.
